How we handle the data you entrust to us. Short and in plain language, because we deliberately collect as little as possible.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The personal data we receive through the site is data you leave yourself: via the contact form, by email, or via the form you use to download a dossier as a pdf.
The commitments.
Which data we receive
Via the contact form: your name, organisation, email address and your message. If you want a dossier as a pdf, we ask for your name, work email address and organisation, and optionally your role. We also record which dossier you downloaded and when. We ask for nothing more, and we never ask for a phone number.
What we use it for
To respond to your message, to give you access to the dossier you asked for, and to contact you about it. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking. If you want our newsletter, you tick that box yourself, and every email lets you unsubscribe again.
How long we keep it
Contact questions: as long as needed to handle them and for any client engagement. Download data: two years, unless a collaboration comes out of it. If you want your data deleted sooner, we do so on request.
Who we share it with
With nobody, except the services that make the site, our email and our administration work: the site runs on European hosting infrastructure (Bunny.net), forms deliver your message via a European mail service (Bird) to our business mailbox, and we record contact and download data in Notion, the workspace where we keep our administration. Notion is an American company and stores data outside the EU as well; we would rather tell you that than leave it out. We do not sell or share data for marketing, and we do not train AI models on it.
Your rights
You may always ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. One email is enough.
