AI Challenge · one day

A day of building with AI yourself.

From hearing to experiencing. Teams get a future scenario and repair the timeline with 8–10 AI tools. No experience needed. The winners take a mini-DeLorean home.

What it is

A workday as a time-travel mission.

The AI Challenge is a hands-on workshop where your people work with AI themselves. Not just a presentation to watch, but above all a day to do.

Building something from nothing in a short time, and doing it together. The AI Challenge gave insight into the different tools and what they can do, and it was just great to do this with the whole team.

Access to 8–10 AI tools

For text, image, video, audio and 3D. We set up the toolset.

Guided from start to finish

Facilitators keep every team moving, no one gets stuck.

A creative mission, real output

By the end of the day every team has built something that works.

A mission in Back to the Future style

A crisis in the timeline that the teams come together to repair. The theme makes the day playful and tangible.

The day

Keynote, Challenge, Pitch.

Three acts. It runs on a toolset we assemble: 8–10 AI tools for text, image, video, audio and 3D.

09:30

The keynote

Acceleration made tangible, in the context of your sector. The room comes in sceptical and leaves curious.

11:00

The signal

A creative future scenario lands: a crisis in the timeline. Teams are formed. No experience needed.

11:30

Building

In a few hours, teams build a solution with 8–10 AI tools for text, image, video, audio and 3D. Facilitators keep everyone moving; it all runs on the toolset we set up.

15:30

The pitch

Every team presents. A jury picks a winner.

16:30

De DeLorean

The winning team takes a mini-DeLorean home. No one forgets who won.

Who for

For everyone in the organisation.

Leadership, marketing, operations: every group builds. And every department has them:

The frontrunner

Already out in front and wants to go further. Gets room to build and to pull others along.

The doubter

Willing, but not sure where to start. Finds a concrete moment here: "oh, I can actually do this."

The laggard

For whom AI was mostly noise. By the end of the day, builds something that works themselves.

Who this matters to

Who books this, and what it delivers.

Board & leadership

You get shared urgency without a top-down push. By the end of the day you see which teams want to move — valuable input for what comes next.

HR & L&D

An adoption moment that sticks. People experience for themselves that they can do it, and that opens the door to structural training.

Team or department lead

Concrete output from your own practice, in a single day. Your team comes back with something that works and a shared language to build on.

Onze verwachtingen waren hoog, en die zijn overtroffen. […] Een leuke, toegankelijke en zeer effectieve manier om kennis te maken met de mogelijkheden van AI.

Plan a Challenge.

Plan a Challenge

The Challenge shows where the energy is.

Discovery shows where the value is. A day like this tells you which teams want to move, and discovery which work processes are worth redesigning.
