Why we exist
We work differently.
Back From the Future was founded because we kept seeing the same pattern: strategies were written, pilots launched, tools purchased. But the people who did the daily work were brought in too late.
Adoption was treated as a follow-up rather than something to design in from the start. We turn that around: people as the starting point, technology as the means. Our goal is for organisations to be able to do it without us.
Our approach
From inspiration to daily use.
See what is possible, discover where it pays off, and make it your own. Sometimes in steps, sometimes all at once.
Make AI tangible
Keynotes, demos and the AI Challenge. Seeing what AI can already do today, in your own context.
To keynotes
Find where it pays off
Discovery on the work floor. We find where AI really saves time, before anything gets built.
To consulting
Build it and make it stick
Building, training and the rhythm to match, so AI becomes normal in daily work.
To trainingFirst on ourselves
We automated our own agency first.
We tell organisations that adoption is a design question. So we redesigned our own work first.

The numbers that count.
