The name Back From the Future is not a metaphor. It describes how we work.

Back From the Future was founded after seeing the same pattern repeat. Strategies were defined and initiatives launched, but the people doing the day to day work were brought in too late. Change was designed about them, not with them. Adoption was treated as a follow up, rather than something to design from the start.
