From keynote to hands-on-keys in one trajectory

A company-wide keynote followed by an AI Challenge day, with a playful setup that got everyone building: from power user to newcomer.

Introduction

How do you get a mixed group, from daily Copilot users to people who had never worked with it, building within a few minutes? By removing the barrier and making it exciting.

The trigger

Teams needed not only to understand what AI can do, but to experience it themselves. The challenge: turning inspiration into skill, without it staying a nice session no one remembers by Monday.

The approach

1 See

A company-wide keynote made visible what is already possible today, for the full breadth of the organisation and not just for the people already working with AI.

2 Adopt

In a guided AI Challenge, teams worked with real AI tools on an assignment. A playful future setting removed the barrier: teams were given an unlikely combination of brand and industry and had to invent a new product for it. No jargon, no prior knowledge needed. Within minutes everyone was building their own concept, under time pressure.

What it delivered

  • A hybrid learning model: first see, then do it yourself right away
  • A mixed group that got started without prior knowledge
  • A shared starting point for the next steps after the day
